Annemieke Dannenberg is communications coordinator for TAAK. She studied Creative Writing at ArtEZ University of the Arts in Arnhem and graduated with a poetry bundle titled MELK EN HONING. She also studied at the master’s programme Religion & Society at Utrecht University, where she researched the lived experience of religion, contemporary shamanism, religious material culture, and the history of the catholic mission in Africa.
Previously, Annemieke worked for the Research Center for Material Culture and was an assistant curator at the Nationaal Museum van Wereldculturen. Currently, Annemieke is a freelance writer and artist, creating both independent and commissioned work. For TAAK, she writes and edits texts, coordinates internal and external communication, and is involved with Public Art Amsterdam: Transparency | Opacity.
