Paloma Polo ‘Unrest’

Paloma Polo (1983, Madrid), former participant of De Ateliers, has emerged as one of the most prominent Spanish artists of her generation. This exhibition, curated by Theo Tegelaers (TAAK), presents her latest film accompanied by a publication, produced in collaboration with theorist Radha D’Souza, and a photographic project, resulting from a two year research in the Philippines that explores themes of expropriation, exploitation and emancipation.
